What little details in TV shows annoy you?

In my case, it annoys me when they show a drink and you can feel that there’s nothing inside. I understand they do it for safety reasons and that shoots take a long time, but they could at least put some sand or something similar in there to make it look like there’s something inside, the same happens with holding babies.
