Second Full Moon Trailer for Robert Eggers' 'Werwulf' Gnarly Horror

"Feed upon the flesh of mankind." It's a full moon so you know what that means–time for a werewolf trailer. Focus Features has debuted the second trailer for Robert Eggers' next new horror movie titled Werwulf, an old English version of the classic Werewolf movie. (Also known as VVervvulf.) He last re-imagined Dracula in Nosferatu, now he re-imagines the Lycanthrope horror story as this new movie Werwulf - in theaters this Christmas. Set during 13th-century England, a mysterious creature stalks a foggy countryside transforming local folklore into terrifying reality as villagers face an ancient supernatural threat. Eggers' "most visceral and haunting experience yet" is a harrowing tale of devotion, damnation and the devil within. Werwulf stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson as the cursed farmer "werewolf", with Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, Ralph Ineson, Jack Morris, Bodhi Rae Breathnach, Jan Bijvoet, and Ritchi Edwards. The dialogue is all in old Middle English and it's Eggers' "darkest script he has ever written." With music from Robin Carolan, and cinematography by Eggers' regular Jarin Blaschke (The Lighthouse, The Northman, Nosferatu).
