Filinvest and FEU renew partnership to develop future-ready Filipino talent

Filinvest Group and Far Eastern University (FEU) have renewed their partnership to provide students with meaningful industry exposure and career development opportunities, reinforcing a shared commitment to developing future-ready Filipino professionals. Formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed last Sept. 17, 2026, the partnership aims to expand opportunities for students to gain hands-on workplace experience through internships and learning initiatives across Filinvest’s diverse businesses. By bridging classroom learning with real-world industry practice, the collaboration aims to equip students with the skills, values, and practical experience needed to succeed in an evolving workforce. The renewed partnership strengthens the long-standing collaboration between Filinvest and FEU, which began when the university established its presence in Filinvest City. Since then, students have been given opportunities to work alongside industry professionals through internship and career development initiatives. “We saw more than an institution moving into our community. We saw a partner aligned with something we believe deeply: that Filipino talent, when given real opportunity, transforms organizations and industries,” said Sheriben Marie D. Paraguas. She emphasized that the partnership has since grown beyond its original connection to Filinvest City, reflecting a broader commitment to supporting student development.
